How to use the nasal irrigator

1. First, open the box and take out the original nasal irrigator. We will see the box, nasal wash salt, and irrigator;
2. Add 200 ml of warm water at about 35 degrees. The thermometer will automatically display. Do not overheat the water to avoid burns. Add an appropriate amount of 1.8 grams of nasal wash salt, and then let the salt water slowly melt and prepare to wash your nose;
3. Aim at the entrance and exit holes, hold the air bag and slowly increase the pressure; it's that simple;
4. The water temperature should be controlled at about 35 degrees; never use cold water. Only both sides of the nostrils can be cleaned at a time. After washing your nose, pour out the dirty water and it cannot be reused.
