Classification Of Hearing Aids

Hearing aids are instruments that help improve hearing. In fact, they are small semiconductor amplifiers. Their function is to amplify relatively weak sounds and transmit them to headphones, so that the parts of the body with reduced hearing can hear the sounds with the help of amplification.
There are several types, but the functions and principles are the same.
(1) From the external structure, they can be divided into: box type, behind-the-ear type, in-the-ear type, and in-the-ear type can be divided into ordinary in-the-ear type, ear canal type, and deep ear canal type.
(2) From the electronic principle, they can be divided into: analog hearing aids; programmable hearing aids, fully digital hearing aids, wide dynamic language technology hearing aids, etc.
(3) Hearing aids are divided into air conduction hearing aids and bone conduction hearing aids according to the conduction method. Box type, behind-the-ear type, and in-the-ear type are all air conduction hearing aids.
